Shipping Policy — BookBeam™

At BookBeam™, our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find the details of our worldwide shipping policy.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days after purchase. 
During this time, we carefully prepare, package, and dispatch your 
BookBeam™. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has 
shipped.

Please note that processing times may occasionally extend due to high 
order volume. This is a normal part of our fulfillment process and 
does not qualify orders for cancellation.

Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Delivery usually takes between 6 and 35 business 
days, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within this 
timeframe after shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to 
factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, carrier issues, 
or high demand periods. Extended delivery times within this window 
are expected and do not qualify for order cancellation, return, or 
refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and 
selected delivery method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by 
email so you can follow your package until it's delivered to your 
door.

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to meet estimated timeframes, occasional delays may 
occur due to customs inspections, holidays, high order volume, or 
unforeseen events. BookBeam™ is not responsible for delays caused by 
external carriers or customs authorities. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us at bookbeam@proton.me so we can look into it.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at 
the time of purchase. BookBeam™ is not responsible for orders 
delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
